Blue Diamond Ventures Inc. (BLDV) is a development stage company incorporated under the laws of the state of Colorado. BLDV is committed to creating value in the medical cannabis industry through the wholly owned operating companies, Blue Diamond Consulting LLC a consulting entity that acts as a value-added provider of technology products & innovations and Clean 1st LLC committed to developing Sanitation & Safety protocols and solutions in the cannabis industry.

In December of 2017 BLDV partnered with Cann10 Israel to form a joint venture called Cann10 North America Holdings Ltd., a Canadian corporation. The business model of the joint venture is to capitalize on the pipe-line of innovation and unique medical cannabis technologies being developed in Israel. These include companies from the Cann10 XL, cannabis technology accelerator, and others. The parent company of Cann10 Israel, Shizim, is an experienced player in the traditional bio-tech space and brings value to the joint venture in multiple ways.

Recently Cann10 North America and BLDV have joined together as the Cann Tech Alliance to offer licensed packages of proven innovations, targeted therapies, and medical devices to the medical cannabis markets in North America.
