An opinion. I do not share his opinion.

I believe the drag is a result of 'bureaucratic red tape' both US and abroad. Paperwork. Dreadful time consuming process.

Then again....

Just an opinion. Nothing out there to prove a thing. Silence is golden?

Silver would be just fine! Just tell us something we want to hear SOUM.
