Adding two geriatric Board members does not seem to be part of a long-term plan. One guy is at least 85, the other is in his mid 70's. And neither has any real connection to the mining industry. "Working with a petroleum geologist on mineral rights" on the resume of the older one is a stretch.

It appears to me that they only reason these guys have been added is to draw on their connections with potential investors in the Tallahassee area. Suckering in money from old folks in Florida is how this company is going to stay afloat? Well, I guess someone has to gobble up the "cheapies".

Do your own research, use third-party sources, and don't buy into the hype.
