Lawsuits create fear. Fear is 3 times stronger than courage according to my former management professor. The only problem with being scared about the constant barrage of lawsuits is that the complaint that initiated them was based on a half-truth. Citron claimed that CVSI failed to disclose a "final" patent rejection; however, the patent in question is still pending and hasn't failed yet. This half-truth purported by Left took advantage of investors' lack of knowledge regarding the patent prosecution process thus causing a wave of sell-offs, and it turned (and is turning) new investors away. A "final" rejection notice is anything but final. You can see in the link below the current status of the patent. Check it.
