Check out the crypto-crap domes. Will they survive Quebec winter? Bailing wire and string and not much more. Do your own research to see how vulnerable these sites really are. May not matter though as land-use an issue and before a tribunal with an answer expected in 2019. Another poorly planned project designed only to "pump and puff" the possibilities for this criminal-led enterprise.
