Good morning everyone,
I see IHUB was down for a bit today. I have been swamped but still around and still using whatever spare time I can to see what I can do to help. S-Corp and Partnership deadline (those on extension) is Sept 15th, 1040s on extension along with regular C-Corps on extension deadline is Oct 15th so I am totally jammed and tons of people in CT are having troubles, we are at the bottom of the economic heap it seems, makes everything harder. All the tough ones wait to the last minute but beyond that I have a few that have literally let go of much of the support staff over the last year or two so it makes things more like a puzzle than accounting. I am traveling to near the NY border today to meet with someone.
But so far we are still in waiting mode. Dan is traveling trying to raise funds. Something I was working on does not look like it will happen at least not right now but the client I am traveling to today and I will discuss some revised options when we have free time around our work. Sometimes it takes a while for things to set in with people and not giving up on trying.
I hold about 75% of the total of shares I had when we first started moving here. At times I have had more, at times less but what I have now I am holding as there is minimal risk for me to give this a shot long term. If anything I would probably seek to add a bit myself on any price weakness or when my former hi tech purse company turned pot uplist comes off halt, which ironically might happen before this hatches.
While things can happen at any time if the right investor comes along my guess is it might take some months for purchase order funding. But again that is just a guess, A bit of money here and there and India gets done etc.. So it is hard to see exactly when.
I have been trying to scale back time posting here and am not responding to emails etc as I am just crazy busy until October 15th. After that hopefully things will be back to normal. Also you know what happens when we go up a tick or two which is really not what this is about.
I do not know the situation with the attorney but it could be a matter of funds or strategy or even a stall tactic, not sure.
I wish I had more to report but the efforts continue by everyone. Dan has been working hard to try to make this happen on numerous fronts.
