Absolutely. And important to recognize probabilities of fraud.
Microcaps are dangerous enough when all is on the up n up, but when you have every indication that you're dealing with crooks, there's no way to apply due diligence;
it's merely a crap-shoot littered with false hopes from paid or desperate pumpers.
