It would be a buyback in my opinion. They have to keep way for LRS to have their shares first and to avoid a hostile takeover from a 3rd party. If ECOS has LRS buy their shares as with the warrant structure, then they’re popped with an RS soon afterwards? How do you think LRS is going to take that move on them? Think they’ll be happy with that? Especially how LRS is becoming a pillar to look at in the recycling community..

No sir, that isn’t going to happen, especially if they are courting new investors who have deep pockets to come on board.


LRS exercises the warrant, then immediate announcement of RM, Freeze the ticker/change the Symbol...then boom: off to the races, and I’m on my back deck slippers, robe, daygo t... chomping on a CAO, eating a bowl of cereal..

(I’ll even do it in winter if I have to)
