Well when it comes to free vs a fee I will say this. When a service is free whether it is a messaging system/board, dating services or apps/software systems, the free ones are usually useless (aka junk) and are free for a reason. They are free because they arent worth spending the money because the usability is quite low. If our app and system is superior and the functionality is there then it would be desirable even with a fee. So there are people out there willing to spend money on better quality products especially when it comes to protecting their children.
