CEO Gerard Dab calls VisualMED Clinical Solutions a "medical knowledge company". In cooperation with McGill Medical School in Montreal, VisualMed has build a medical knowledge database at the expense of $60 million. IT took competitors hundreds of millions to build it. Now Dab is trying to sell it and it's not for free. Even when he sells it at a discount, we will still see 0.10 - 0.20 per share.
