Sentiment swing... absolutely!! The whole sector is about to ignite. I can even feel the pressure that the GOP is putting on the house and senate to get the Farm bill passed ASAP. The whole party wants to use this landmark legislation in their marketing blitz before the midterms. And time is running out. They are terrified to loose seats and have congress swing the other way.
