It's only useless to short term flippers..Mr. Fleming is attempting to build an industry shaping company here with sustained shareholder value. Griping isn't going to change your wealth or the stock price. If you are looking for a company only interested in selling stock to pad their pockets..try the other 99.9% of companies on the OTC's.
