UAMA in deep distress. SNAP litigation is DOA and anyone who is following the court proceedings of the Receivership would know this. Same story with the Bankruptcy now in process of almost two years and court costs alone nearing $2M, which the Investel companies will be forced to pay. iPCS is lost now as Benoit Laliberte can't answer the questions from the CRTC without blowing his cover of the shell game he's been playing with the various companies. But don't believe me, do your own research and as a minimum look at the CRTC questions in the August letter. Any fool can put the pieces together to see the fraud that has been constructed here.
