If you are new to this company - stay away.
Anyone who has worked in pharma knows you must have some serious idiots running the ship if they spend hard earned shareholder money collecting data and expensive time for MAA filing, then file and then turn around and cancel the filing (probably because they knew from the very beginning the deal with the Europeans would not fly) but did not want to project this cluster screwup to shareholders and prospective shareholders until it was too late.
Im stuck in this and praying the science pulls out a miracle even with management's massive mishandling of all activities up to this point. I got in between 7-10/share back even before Amgen was asking for another slice of Advaxis pie - but unless you have a burning desire to part with your hard earned money I would strongly advise staying away from this one at least until 1 successful catalyst can be completed.
I am just utterly shocked about the whole MAA filing debacle - its like knowingly hyping up a deal to build a mall over an active volcano and then to just turn around and cancel at the last moment before you put a roof on the sucker because you know that building was impossible to build and sustain in the first place - but successfully took enough idiots money to pay the construction workers and executives. And now we are praying one of the head idiots Petit doesn't leave or we will find out that not only the mall but the whole construction company was built on top of a volcano! (yeah my analogies stink but it gets the point across)
I would at least stay a few feet away until we can see these guys accomplish even their most simple promises (any catalyst with money) which is still many months away if happening at all at GU ASCO which will be another excuse to dilute again...for now Im just going to hold onto that last rope hanging into the pit of the volcano and praying for a miracle cause that really where we are at this point!
