I understand and obviously you're entitled to your opinion.

However, we have to make sure to know the facts, so we state
the facts instead of our opinion.

There's a place for speculation when facts are hard to come by,
but they're not in this ticker.

The DD is clear. SK can't prolong for years...this is not a
standard court case...the ITC and Judge have already favorably
sided with Netlist and now final decisions will be made and
settlement should be finalized next month.

It's worth repeating, institutional investors bought into Netlist!

That's the gong to keep pounding to $'s!
