It's not a game or a conspiracy. Cost overruns happen, as do trial delays. Based on events, the problems started early... Remember the canceled interims? That was the first sign of the trouble, and it smelled like CRO issues to me. The delays, added sites, the silence about the cancellations...

What is amazing is that it festered into this tight situation. Leo is now gambling a B deal will be inked soon. Or we'll hear about new financing.
