LRT 8k came out this afternoon: just shy of .03 cents....

AUSTIN, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--LL&E Royalty Trust (NYSE:LRT - News) announced today the Trust income distribution for the month of November 2006. This distribution represents amounts payable to the Trust with respect to production for the month of August 2006. Unit holders of record on November 6, 2006 will receive a distribution of $559,831 or approximately $.029478 per Unit payable on November 15, 2006
