Kevin Ameling: What % of expenses is just compliance related?
Fred Stickler: Are you looking at an IPO in the future? Also are you aware of a company called C-Quadrant in Salisa CA?
Jason Bowlby: Is there a wait period before you can flip a permit? Do you plan to build a store front and then flip it?
Derek Peterson: yusef thats a tool we want in place it means cheaper financing when we need to go to the cap markets
Derek Peterson: kevin i dont have that breakout but its def costly
Derek Peterson: jason that depends on the jursidiction in nevada and santa ana its just state approvals of the buyers
Derek Peterson: fred we cant ipo cuz were public we are looking and positiioned for uplisting

Derek Peterson: yusef thx our desert inn location is our flagship in the city
Glenn Heller: Online sales will be huge. any chance of a website revamp for online sales soon?

Derek Peterson: foster things are looking good and we have a few hundred new lights coming online between now and christmas

Derek Peterson: glenn we are redoing the webist and upping our tech game for just that as well as delivery
Jason Bowlby: So for santa Anne a new buyer needs approval and you can sell the permit? No restriction on the hold time? Can you sit on undeveloped permits for years?
Glenn Heller: Any thoughts about partnering with a university? for eductating/traing?
Fred Stickler: Coming to AZ anytime soon? Perhaps after the Midterms?

Foster Vestal: we've seen the deal with the lighting supplier. Was there savings buying in bulk? Must mean more future square footage? Thanks.
Derek Peterson: adam we think the valuation we entered at is a no brainer to turn our $5 mill into something greter than that. but even more accretive we now have a close relationship with hydro which will save us significant $$ in capex and Opex
