Urgent News And Update!
Based on some of the questions about the validity of the mining center and if it was "really" happening, I decided to just go ahead and pick up the phone and call Cologuard. I mean, why not? Makes total sense as the easiest way to find out. Here is what they told me:

1. Yes, Cologuard is actually in fact currently in the process of PHYSICALLY CONSTRUCTING and setting up the center in Allentown, PA for Teraforge.
2. The center will be for Teraforge ONLY based on the space, electrical, and overall constraints of the location.
3. The reason they have not put this center in any of their news or on their site he said is because it is for Teraforge only so did not see the need to do this.
4. Cologuard IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROVIDING THE LOCATION(HUGE in my opinion since they are taking the risk of a lease or purchase thus implying they believe Teraforge will be around for a long time)
5. He did confirm they did the phase 1 testing for Teraforge that went well and most importantly shows that Read, although not communicating with us directly in an efficient way, is to some extent doing what he says he is doing in the filings which is good.
Overall, IMHO, this seems like awesome news strictly from the aspect that Cologuard has no reason to twist things in any way since they are a separate company. Thus, everything we have read about the mining center appears to be true and accurate in the filings at this point. Either way, I think this makes a big difference! At least to me it does! Based on this info, IMHO I feel more confident there are brighter days ahead here at TFVR. GLTAL!
