Lots of good things with USAT being in the right place at the right time.

It's never a good thing though to find accounting irregularities and know several key finance positions in the company experienced personnel churn.

Something doesn't smell right. Maybe some folks left when they felt uncomfortable.

We just have to let it unfold and see where the chips fall.
