CAO David A. Hanson has left (9/04/18)

Effective September 4, 2018, David A. Hanson voluntarily resigned as Chief Accounting Officer of United Development Funding IV (the “Trust”). His resignation was not a result of any disagreement with the Board of Trustees or the Trust on any matter relating to the Trust’s operations, policies or practices.
