It’s going to happen. None of the shareholders wanted to raise the A/S to 6 billion but ownership has the votes to push through whatever they want.
I may be insane as I’ve asked 5 times already, but can ANYONE tell me how the reduction in authorized shares affects us in relation to the R/S?
