wrong again!

dan didn't have a CHOICE since there's no cash at bank - so they pay "him" with shares that have tons of book value massively in excess of the "salary" and he sells.

affiliate "surrogate" shareholders sell leaving dan with "magically" the same position as always.

gotcha - again!
