Meris Kott is a scam artist serial entrepreneur who’s the CEO of Redfund Capital Corp. They provide banking solutions for the medical cannabis industry. She’s has a terrible track record running publicly traded companies and can’t be trusted.

If you want to trust her and her cronies, go for it.
