It's one thing to clean it up and I'm grateful for that but just like the sides of our roads with litter how do we change the mindsets of the people who allow the garbage to go into the ocean in the first place?

People say we have mental health problems in this country and I agree.

Yet, I say some of those same people have no problem throwing a cig or beer can out their window.

I say that action is a mental health problem right there!

I'll never understand littering in a million years.
