Hi XXXX,

Its 2 years of financials that need to be signed off by a lawyer and accountant. I am reconciling everything. Shares have been issued, but not printed because the transfer agent was not paid for about 4 years. I am figuring out where they all go and making sure I have all the bills paid, etc.

I have it all done and balanced. I just need to explain it better for the lawyer to sign off on. Plus I need to make sure there are no more surprises. I have everything accounted for now. I am just making sure it is all good so there are no more problems. The good news is everything is accounted for and collected or written off so we should have a clean slate moving forward.

I want this as much as you. I am ready to start making money in stead of spending it.

I should have it done very soon.
