You shouldn't be making assumptions based upon a shortage that very probably wont happen... the politcs of the situation wouldn't allow the percpetion of a shortage to materialize.... THEREFORE;

As Silver strengthens towards the middle teens....

With actual production; FMNJ = .25

Without actual production; FMNJ = .05
