To your point about UEX volume alibongo888, here are the September volume stats so far for the Canadian and USA exchanges combined.

Total URA selling of UEX as at Sep 11, 2018 - 1.05 million or 16% of total UEX shares traded so far in September 2018.

Total UEX shares traded as at Sep 11 2018 = 6.8 million. That is 1/10th the volume of RNX on Monday and 1/7th of RNX volume on Tuesday. In other words things can change really quickly for UEX too - not just in volume but in price as well.
