Donald Bennett, former "Advisor" to the board and now Chairman did. Milligan was unavailable at the time of filings as he was, at that time, under a doctor's care awaiting an outpatient surgical procedure. The procedure went well. He is currently recovering at home and is expected to be back at work early next week. According to both FINRA and SEC, a public company is not required to make public statements about the health of their chief executives
