No short term catalysts, with the possibility of a Reverse Split. Not sure why everyone would exit and just look for re-entry later (if still believe in the science). Or sell and use what ever is left to buy a bunch of calls in distant future.

Also if you still believe a deal is in the works then you are really reaching after this offering. I personally may look to get into some of the swing trading as I still think KB wouldn’t immediately come for the RS. I really hope HOT and NEO are home runs. I just don’t think it matter if they were with this BOD and nobody putting them in check.
