TRW may owe SIAF as much as one hundred million dollars. Of course TRW could have paid SIAF the sum of money SIAF has sold shares for by reducing its investments or in other ways. But SIAF has not given this priority or has been unable to make TRW pay a small part of its debt to SIAF. Therefore dilution continues at a high pace.

Owes more than 100 million dollars? ROTFLMAO! =D

Believing this whole story you laid out there is being extremely naive and blue-eyed. Especially if you believe getting the money back. Just absurd. They just push big sums around on paper to scam shareholders. There's no money.

If trw had the income they claim, of course they would pay Siaf. If they had the income they wouldn't even have to invest anything. If they had the income they claim Solly wouldn't have to destroy Siaf with dilution. If trw had the income they claim they would have real investors interested, bank relations and bank loans. If they had the income they claim Siaf 1/3 share would have increased Siaf tremendously instead dropping it and putting to death spiral of dilution.

The most obvious scam. It's mind boggling that someone can't see it with all the broken promises, all the excuses, all the dilution and all the value loss.
