Stop the foolishness!!! They dont have contracts!! Didnt you listen to Rufus?? He said that the FIRST and ONLY JV that he will be focusing right now is Point, Click, Dream. If he had these other contracts with the DoD, dont you think he would do them first?? He doesnt have them!!! Lets go out on a limb...if he did have them..who is going to make the stuff? what is the stuff? where is the stuff going to be made?? If he did have a DoD contract, it is so many years away from happening. Think of the DD, the researh, the testing, the retesting, etc, etc,etc.......The DoD is not going to give a NO name, no history company a DoD contract to manufacture. PERIOD!!!
