How do you think Mylan increase its 20mg population from 2% to 5%? Do you think they 'converted 3% of their 40 mg back to 20mg?

Unless Mylan has trouble like, adverse reaction, with their 40mg I think it is unusual for someone to go from once every three days to once daily.

If Mylan had that increase, I think it is due to new patients. Other factor would be insurance coverage.
