When has Kidrin flashed his association with MRMD? It was Kidrin that structured the deal to acquire Marimed for $6 mil of Worlds Online stock when Marimed only had $100k in income. He took a gamble on that acquisition and due to that deal allowed Maimed to trade as a pubco. It was not a shell rather a fully compliant NASDAQ QB reporting company with 3D assets.

Without the public company Fireman could not have raised the funds to grow Marimed by offering investors convertible notes into equity at a higher market cap than when the loans were made, that could not have occurred in a private vehicle. Read the Q’s and K’s.
