This stock is booooring... but, it definitely follows a pattern.

In the past, insiders purchased a lot of shares. Then, management switched hands and in my opinion, executed a better business plan.

Oen of those items was the purchase of UV- flu technologies.

Don't know the particulars but do know the company mentioned issuing shares to stock holders of UVFT.

Now, recently the stock price of VYST has slowly dropped to the lows it is currently is at. I wonder? Is the stock to be issued dependent on an average price of VYST for a certain period?

It will be interesting to see if the recent price drop is based on something like that as otherwise the years news has actually been pretty good.

Also, checked the price of UVFT and see it too, is near the bottom.
