Again. This is a start up company. It is not Johnson and Johnson trying to develop a new product. And in my opinion - if you look at the amount of overall shares (including warrants, stock option etc.) - versus the potential of the company. Well it is not like money has just been pissed away. Yeah there has been growing pains - which is to be expected - but if the products end up passing muster - well the amount of money spent to get there will not be a big deal. The clinical trial for human skin sensitivity just passed. Now comes two submissions - on in the U.S. and one in Europe. If they succeed - well there is a possibility there will be licensing deals sometime next Spring. Obviously no one has a crystal ball - but if that happens they may not need to dilute anymore. If they need more money besides that and the stock is heading up - the people that hold millions of warrants at between 55-75 cents/share may cash some in to avoid further dilution. But we are putting the cart before the horse. This was very good news. We just need to see how it all plays out. I remain very optimistic.
