IMO the reason why they didn't get a full 6 mo extension is because NASDAQ doesn't believe they can get price above $1 w/o RS. So they have till Oct 15 to become compliant. That means No BO, No partnership, and No share buyback, and No sale of reducer. If the judges ruling goes in our favor, then maybe we see .12. If the RS was tomorrow, it wouldnt be enough to sustain minimum bid price until the 15th. Of course my opinion and could be wrong.
