So as I understand it, 30 days sub $1 and Advaxis is delisted the the Nasdaq.
So one of two things needs to happen before then -
- SP somehow goes above $1 in less than a month
- Reverse split

It looks like whoever bought the offering is selling and keeping the warrants. So it's unlikely the sp will go up anytime soon unless there is other news. I'm thinking KB is out of bullets, at least for now. It's going to take some sort of deal OR really really good trial results to reverse course, and I don't see either in the immediate future. That only leaves the rs as an option.

Even though I got out a few days ago I **cough** still believe in the science. I'll be looking for upcoming trial results for a spot to get back in. We should be able to see the signs as we have in the past with a small run-up prior. Hopefully. But I'm convinced they'll be a rs, probably in the 5-10:1 range. Another drop afterwards which I might consider to be a better time to re-up. GLTA...
