Anyone have a copy of that PPS list someone posted a few times within the past month? It showed what equity would be available for commons by PPS, based on the buyout price.

So assuming they buyout is strategic and they offer some kind of premium, to ensure they beat all low-ball offers, I would hope they would offer the commons something, to make it more easier for the judge to sign off on the deal.
