If you don’t think that Bungie and Activision are not in a predicament based upon the CAFC ruling you don’t understand what the ruling really means. Do you think Bungie or Activision want discovery and to be deposed to give sworn affidavits about their communications with each other regarding Worlds and the IPR? That is precisely why they had their lawyers give a statement that they were not an RPI, the CAFC saw through that and didnt accept that as evidence.

Why did Bungie out of the blue file an IPR after Activision was notified that Destiny would be added to the litigation? Psychic Telepathy? Connect the dots!
