Today's volume is very small in relation to the O/S.....I think it is a person who needs or wants out for personal reasons. The previous info about the change in the company has been out for a bit and there was no major sell off at that time. It appears that all med and biotech stocks are taking it on the chin recently. MTEM which was over $ 11.00 four or five months back is close to $ 4.00 today and it has a "strong" buy from analysts. The markets are becoming jittery.
