Never- I totally agree one thousand and one percent! Last year I almost got caught with my paints down because of the 30 day rule with the IRS.

I'm just like you in limbo. However, I plan on adding to NVCN, because of Fred Cohen (look at his history) having been head of BSX for several years. He didn't retire to play golf, rather to turn around or too give an extra push to NVCN, which BSX owns a substantial amount.

How many other commercial institutions own a large block?

When the medical profession and the FDC approves this device it'll enhance thousands upon thousands of ex-wives.
