I wonder if it went down like this: NNVC hires search executive (BH) to help find Seymour's replacement as CEO; BH wants to know more about the company and position for which he is hiring; BH finds rampant conflicts of interest with Diwan, going so far as to go to the ASM to confront him: "Is that even legal!" NNVC hires another search executive :)
