They are more realistic than you are now Blue. It doesn’t matter what you feel the science or company is worth at this point. Reverse split is the death stroke to all legacy holders. Doing the offering now suggest they themselves do not believe the share price will do better over course of what 40m could have taken them. If the science is so great why doesn’t Amgen just do a total buyout cheap now? Why lead scientist stop buying shares? Why shelve something that supposively has good results? Why does nobody want to touch it? What will be your spin when they announce a reverse split to stay listed because there is nothing to get the stock above one dollar left on the table.
