Dear Access-Power, Inc Shareholders and Friends,

I hope my friend on the East Coast are well prepared for Hurricane Florence, and heed the proper warnings now. I lived through 2 Cat 5 storms when I lived in the Dominican Republic, when I was younger for 7 years. That was tough living down there. I believe it was Hurricane Fran or David. Man, that was rough. Yes, Hurricane David in 1979:

We had no water or electricity for at least 3 months. It was a terrible experience in Santo Domingo, the Capital. My father was a project manager for a division of GE called GETSCO, General Electric Technical Services Co, and he was the man in charge, a Civil Engineer building a power plant in Rio Haina, just west of the Capital. When it hit the DR it was a Category 5 storm on the Island. I hope Florence will not be as bad, and I pray for all my friends in the Carolinas.

I am doing so well these days, and very happy.

As for my income, I am so shallow. I get easily influenced by MONEY. My self employment line now a part of Access-Power, Inc is rocking these days. We are doing very well. About $4,800 a month. Ever since my precious line came back about a month ago, for us we are not making any money because I expense all the money to me as my income. I am looking for my MARKET MAKER to file a Form 211. I will start aggressively searching again. Now that my name change has been approved by FINRA when they submit the form everything should be all set.

I SOLICIT ALL MARKET MAKERS TO FILE THE 211

I WILL NOT HURT ANYONE. ACCR is not a diluting stock. We only have a FIXED FLOAT 103,000,000. My numbers will NEVER change in 2018 and for now, not in 2019.

Get your shares, and buy them in the open market. I will not sell TREASURY stock. So, a fixed floater, means constant supply. With increased demand, the price will increase, unless some dummy SELLS SHORT against the market.

I wish everyone a BEAUTIFUL day!!! There is so much to be grateful for in life.
