Bud, Dont set high expectations for the License in September.license to be issued by Govts and normally Govt offices takes hell lot of time than you imagine.I would say 80% chance is that they could get license by October end or 20% chances they may not get the license at all.Even CEO mentioned in his video that they might not get it at all.it totally depends upon govt
So play with what you are ready to loose.If they get license you are going to see big moves in PPS and if they dont get license we all would join them in their funeral procession.Good Luck
