Anyone who would place a tiny amount of shares on the ask, lets say at 10 cents, could initiate trading...right now the ask price is too high to allow bids for most brokers that are low enough to be reasonable - someone got this 0006 bid in but thats it

if there were 10 shares on the ask in the cent range bids would come in
