Even at this OS the market cap at .007 is 24.5 million


The shell is worth more than that. Debt carry forwards alone are almost double that.


So a company could buy NPHC shell for 24.5 mill and save around 20 mill in taxes the next year.


NPHC is UNDERVALUED
