BTZO SEC Suspension for severely delinquent Financials/Filings

It doesn't sound very positive for the short term. KK is working on getting the info on GERS up-to-date it might be that the info on BTZO is updated soon too. But since they aren't yet suspending GERS, it's either that they have reasons not to do so, or that GERS will follow soon.
Getting these stocks suspended might harm the interest of shareholders if updating means more dilution.
I just hope that KK stays able to avoid dilution. It seems in our best interest.

Maybe GERS not being suspended so far has something to do with KK's recent communications.
