if a stock is sitting at .021 and there are million shares worth of buy orders @ .02 and a million of buy orders @ .01 and lets say you come along and want to sell a million and a half right now immediately.. well you can only sell a million at .02 and if you want to sell the other half a million RIGHT NOW then someone is only willing to pay a cent and therefore the stock will fall to a cent but you will be allowed to exit...


so don't sell at the bid... wait for the buys to come to you..
